We’ve proudly supported cheerleading teams making the journey to compete on this iconic stage, helping athletes experience everything from their first international competition to elite-level performances.

A typical 5–8 night package can range from £900–£1,500 per person, depending on:

Typical departures are 2-4 days before competing, ensuring you arrive in time for training, adjusting to the time zone and competition schedules.​

Atlanta offers a wide range of accommodation options, from convenient competition-area hotels to high-quality city stays, all tailored to suit different team sizes, budgets, and preferences.

CAR HIRE / TRANSFERS
We can arrange flexible transport options, including private transfers and car hire, making it easy for your team to travel between the airport, hotel, and competition venues with ease.

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

DEPOSITS & BOOKING TIMELINE:
£100-200 per person deposit due at time of booking (depending on package inclusions and programme deposit option)

We'll ask about your realistic deposit timeline during our first conversation.

We only issue final quotes when you’re within 4 weeks of being able to make an initial payment.

Final numbers can be confirmed with deposits, please note per person price will adjust with any significant changes, but we will always to our best to mitigate this (i.e. looking at alternative villas if group numbers decreased).
The initial deposit must be paid as one group payment.
Further payments can be made individually through our secure online portal with flexible instalment options up to 12-weeks pre-departure – this is all tracked easily via our app.
