A typical 7–14 night package can range from £950–£1,600 per person, depending on:

Travel dates (peak Easter dates / total duration etc.)
Group size and accommodation type/standard

PLANNING YOUR TEAM TRIP WHAT TO CONSIDER:

DATES & DURATION:

When would you like to travel, and for how long?

Durations can range from 7 to 14 nights, depending on your event, budget and whether you’d like to include additional experiences such as park days or team activities.
Typical departures are 4-7 days before competing, ensuring you arrive in time for training, adjusting to the time zone and competition schedules.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS:

Florida offers a wide variety of accommodations, including:

CAR HIRE:

Hiring a car is the easiest way to travel in Orlando. All teams flying into Orlando Airport with us will receive assistance at the airport to collect vehicles. We can offer the below:

12 and 15 seater minibuses
Standard Cars
Premium SUV's
Special cars (i.e. Mustang)

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

CheerTravel can also support with:

Coach transfers
Gym/floor rental (from £10 per athlete per hour)
Park Tickets (Universal Tickets, 2-4 and 14 Day Disney Tickets, Universal Studios, SeaWorld etc.)

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that each traveller takes out their own insurance – this avoids complications around medical declarations. Visit our Travel Insurance page for full details.

DEPOSITS & BOOKING TIMELINE:

£100-200 per person deposit due at time of booking (depending on package inclusions and programme deposit option)

We'll ask about your realistic deposit timeline during our first conversation.
We only issue final quotes when you’re within 4 weeks of being able to make an initial payment.
Final numbers can be confirmed with deposits, please note per person price will adjust with any significant changes, but we will always to our best to mitigate this (i.e. looking at alternative villas if group numbers decreased).

The initial deposit must be paid as one group payment.
Further payments can be made individually through our secure online portal with flexible instalment options up to 12-weeks pre-departure – this is all tracked easily via our app.
