We operate through Travel Counsellors; an award winning international company that offers full financial protection, preferential rates with a wide range of suppliers, and a 24/7 Duty Office.

WHERE TO START?

We love creating unforgettable trips for Cheerleading & Dance teams travelling to Disneyland Paris. Combining world-class competition with a truly magical setting, it’s the perfect destination for both performance and team bonding—alongside the chance to explore the wider city of Paris.

A typical 3-4 night package can range from £450–£800 per person, depending on:

  • Travel dates & duration

  • Group size and accommodation type/standard

  • Flight/Eurostar availability

Booking early is key – the sooner we can confirm your trip, the better your options are for flights and hotels.

PLANNING YOUR TEAM TRIP WHAT TO CONSIDER:

DATES & DURATION:

When would you like to travel, and for how long?

  • Most teams opt for 3 nights, typically departing on Friday and returning Monday.

ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS:

Paris offers a wide variety of accommodations, including:

  • Onsite hotels at Disneyland Paris

  • Offsite hotels and apartments near to Disneyland Paris

  • Central Paris hotels and apartments

COACH TRANSFERS:

We recommend including coach transfers to simplify your experience. We can arrange transport for:

  • Airport arrivals and departures

  • Travel to and from the competition venue

  • Optional activities (e.g. training sessions, theme parks)

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

We strongly recommend that each traveller takes out their own insurance – this avoids complications around medical declarations. Visit our Travel Insurance page for full details.

DEPOSITS & BOOKING TIMELINE:

Due to fluctuating airline/Eurostar and hotel pricing, we cannot hold quotes or availability without a deposit.

  • We'll ask about your realistic deposit timeline during our first coversation.

  • We only issue final quotes when you’re within 2 weeks of being able to make an initial payment.

  • Deposits may range from around £100–£400 per person, depending on Eurostar/airline policies (e.g. Ryanair, easyJet, Jet2 may require full payment at booking).

Further payments can be made individually through our secure online portal with flexible instalment options up to 12-weeks pre-departure – this is all tracked easily via our app.
