Role Overview
As a Temporary Resort & Airport Representative, you will act as the face of CheerTravel in Florida, providing professional, friendly and efficient support to travelling teams throughout their arrival experience.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and can remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Represent CheerTravel professionally at all times.

Meet and welcome travelling teams at Orlando International Airport or other designated arrival points.

Assist with directing teams to their allocated transport.

Support groups during arrival at their resort or hotel.

Coordinate and assist with vehicle hire collection where required.

Assist with loading and unloading luggage for coaches, vans and other transport.

Liaise with transport providers, hotels and CheerTravel's UK operations team to ensure smooth arrivals.

Provide basic destination information and answer customer questions.

Identify and resolve minor issues promptly, escalating more complex situations to the CheerTravel management team.

Maintain clear communication with CheerTravel throughout each assignment.

Ensure a positive first impression for every travelling team.
Skills & Experience
The successful candidate will have:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

A friendly, approachable and professional manner.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and use initiative.

Confidence managing multiple groups and changing schedules.

A valid driving licence (preferred).

Strong understanding of the cheerleading industry
Requirements

Must be based in or able to travel to Orlando, Florida for a 2-week period in April 2027.

Ability to lift and move luggage safely when required.
