Where to start?

We're proud to have supported Cheerleading & Dance teams to travel to Barcelona for the past 5 years. Whether you're looking for a fun long weekend by the beach, or a city-based location, we can help tailor the perfect trip to suit your group.

Our typical 3-4 night packages for 2026 range from £650–£800 per person, depending on:

• Travel dates

• Group size and accommodation type/standard

• Flight availability and airport choice

Booking early is key – the sooner we can confirm your trip, the better your options are for flights and hotels.​

Planning Your Team Trip – What to Consider:

Dates & Duration:

• When would you like to travel, and for how long?

• Most teams opt for 3 nights, typically departing on Wednesday or Thursday to take advantage of lower mid-week flight costs. Durations can range from 2 to 7 nights based on your preferences.

Accommodation Options:

Barcelona offers a wide variety of accommodations, including:

• Central city hotels and apartments

• Beach resorts (e.g. Lloret de Mar or Salou)

• Holiday parks

• All-Inclusive hotels

Choose your location based on what’s most important to your team.

Accommodation Standards & Room Types:

We work with everything from simple apartments to premium resorts. A few key notes:

• City accommodations are often not near beaches or pools unless you pay a premium

• Beach resorts usually offer more space, amenities, and a relaxed vibe

• All accommodation types require an adult (18+, or 21+ in some cases) in each room – this could be a parent, coach, or guardian

We’ll help you select the right configuration for your group’s needs.

Coach Transfers:

We recommend including coach transfers to simplify your experience. We can arrange transport for:

• Airport arrivals and departures

• Travel to and from the competition venue

• Optional activities (e.g. training sessions, theme parks)

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend that each traveller takes out their own insurance – this avoids complications around medical declarations. Visit our Travel Insurance page for full details.​

Deposits & Booking Timeline

Due to fluctuating airline and hotel pricing, we cannot hold quotes or availability without a deposit.

• We'll ask about your realistic deposit timeline during our first chat.

• We only issue final quotes when you’re within 2 weeks of being able to make an initial payment.

• Flight-inclusive deposits may range from around £100–£400 per person, depending on airline policies (e.g. Ryanair, easyJet, Jet2 may require full payment at booking).

The initial deposit must be paid as one group payment.
After that, families can pay individually through our secure online portal with flexible instalment options up to 12-weeks pre-departure – this is all tracked easily via our app.
