CHEERCAMPS WEEKENDS INCLUDE:

2 nights accommodation at a purpose built residential campsite in West Yorkshire

3 meals per day, prepared by our experienced kitchen staff

Accommodation in female or male dormitories

Camp T-shirt

Cheerleading session on a sprung floor facility in Leeds (tumbling and stunting)

Experienced cheerleading coaches present throughout the weekend

Bedding (sheet, duvet, pillow and pillowcase)

2 x Summer Camp activity sessions, led by experienced camp instructors

Camp activities, typical of a traditional Summer Camp, to encourage team building, creativity and encouraging friendships with children from other programmes.

PARENTS INFORMATION
We know that there is a lot to consider when looking at a residential camp for your child. As experts in the travel and cheerleading industries, we hope to reassure you that your child will not only have a memorable and enriching experience but will also be in safe hands throughout their time at our camp.
Booking Process
Late May, you will receive a confirmation email containing essential details such as your child's enrolment information, further payment details and any necessary forms or guidelines. We look forward to welcoming your child to a summer filled with fun, learning, and unforgettable memories!
8 Weeks Before
Full payment is due to confirm your child's place at camp. Upon making your final payment, 'Pre-Camp 1' will be emailed, containing introductions to your staff team, important logistical information, and helpful tips. This communication aims to answer any questions you may have and provide a comprehensive overview of what to expect, allowing you ample time to prepare and make the most of the upcoming adventure.
4 Weeks Before
Our final information pack 'Pre-Camp 2' will be sent, detailing additional information including a finalised schedule of activities and reminders about essential items to pack. It will also provide you with a direct point of contact for any specific questions or concerns you may have in the lead-up to the camp.
In addition to the detailed itinerary, 'Pre-Camp 2' will reiterate the importance of completing any outstanding requirements, including medical forms or special requests.

Arrival day at camp is here! Our friendly staff will be ready to welcome your child with excitement and ensure a smooth check-in process. Rest assured, your child is in good hands, and we're committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and unforgettable camp experience. Let the adventure begin!

At camp, children learn to be part of a diverse community, working in teams with children from camps from programmes across the UK.
Young Leaders
Our Camp Staff and Junior Leaders are fun and positive role models for our campers. With a wealth of experience, our team provides a well-rounded experience for younger cheerleaders.
